Mr. Ghafar’s leadership led FGi to win the 2022 ISOA Global Impact Award. He is passionate about employee welfare and development and promotes a work culture that encourages, inspires, and motivates, believing that building people build good business.

 

Mr. Ghafar holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of Murdoch. He continues to grasp every opportunity to learn how to improve the business, create innovative supply chain solutions, and enhance his leadership skill set. He also enjoys cricket, horsing, and traveling.
